Please help me in understanding the MRI scanning report of my mother for her back pain problem.?

Her MRI report says "Grade 1 anterolisthesis of L4 over L5 due to bilateral spondylolysis with L4-5 diffuse annular disc pseudo-bulge extending into bilateral neural foramen causing moderate impression on thecal sac & bilateral traversing nerve roots." Is there anyone having the same problem? ...

Can someone explain, in laymans terms, my MRI test results?

I suspect i've had a CSF leak. Does anyone else who has experienced one or is a medical professional think so?
