My blood sugar was 230!

Hello, I was hospitalized for pain in my shoulders. They gave me morphine shots. When i got out of the hospital... I think i went into diabetic shock. Both my hands painfully cramped up, went numb, and i could not stop feeling sick to my stomach and my vision got funny. I had my hubby rush me back to the hospital. By the time i got there, after having my husband feed me a bananna, i was able to move my fingers and feet. SCARY!!! when i got home i tested my blood sugar and it was 230. I went home and went to bed, when i woke up it was 85. I thought i was having a stroke. This was the scariest thing that has ever happened to me. I am only pre-diabetic
