its kind of a vague discription, i was hoping for a o2 sensor or somthing easy code this sounds like it could be a few things, anyone know what i should look for?

Hi there, I'm having a problem with a 2000 318, the MIL comes on an investigation shows a P0170 fault code. The short term fuel trim fluctuates between + & - but the long term fuel trim is staying at about + 20.3%. Have fitted a new front oxygen sensor but no different. Any ideas?
