Bud Nosen 1/4 Aeronca champ

Can anybody help me I got this from my late father in law but the centre section I could not find anywhere If somebody have the plan I am only looking for the centre section where the wings are attach to the fuselage.
I also have a90 fourstroke will it be able to fly at 1400 meters above sealevel or how can I determine what engine to use
