Want iPhone to ring for call, but only vibrate for text
If I use the side switch to turn all to vibrate, I constantly miss phone calls bec I don't hear the vibration.
How can I have calls ring, but texts only vibrate?
I have tried to turn the ringer on, then set the text alert to "nothing" but then it won't even vibrate when i receive a text. It does NOTHING (but visually show me). :/
Does Apple have plans to have 2 separate controls for call & txt volumes?
Is there anyway I can make this happen?
Ps- I have the 3G.

Ring not Entering Silent Mode
The toggle switched to no color should have the ring set to silent (but vibrate if that's selected). Toggled so that the red is selected should have the ring audible (and vibrate if that is selected). But toggled either way, my phone still audibly rings. Any help? PS. iPhone 4

iPhone not ringing when in sleep mode
Anyone else experiencing this? When my phone is in sleep mode it won't ring during an incoming call. It won't do anything. It started after updating 1.1.3. Whenever i wake it up, the incoming call screen appears for half a second then disappears and I have a missed call. Any help?
My Iphone wont ring
I made 100% its not set on vibrate, when something calls me it wont make the ring noise, I change the ringer and still nothing. I tried setting the vibrate on, and vibrate works, but doesnt want to ring. Thanks
Couple of questions
Running a 3G 3.1.2 fw, when my iPhone is docked and I receive a call or text I dont get a sound just a vibrate...is it possible to get the sound back? Works fine when not docked. When you sync, do you have to carry out a backup each time? Quite annoying, if you just want to add/change a few tunes.
Texting alert sound shuts off and volume randomly goes down
