Scratchy Noise coming from Speakers

I installed a TeamSpeak program to chat in my on-line gaming and now I have sounds coming out of my speakers. If I open a program or move my mouse around I get a scratchy noise. I saw that the TS program had issues with windows XP so I unistalled the program, but need to fix the sound driver problem.

Hello! I get a really irritating buzzing noise from my speakers whenever I move my mouse in my web browser. I've tried muting my mic and all that and it hasn't worked. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm using the latest version of Firefox.
