I just got back from my endocrinology appointment and we talked about my acne. Spiro has definitely improved my skin, but it has stalled. ... . I have too many adrenal metabolites which do the exact same thing testosterone does. Spiro has no effect on them. I guess I'll never get to perfectly clear skin
