ScaleAndTile3, _v3i

I'm not exactly sure if I have scale and tile V3, a while back, Segraves sent me some files and I couldn't get them to work. Now after downloading Java, I was able to run the .jar file, when it does I get a long skinny rectangular window, first box says input/pdf next is pg # and then scale factor and so on.....

But I'm not sure if it is working fine or if I'm not using it right, like Segraves said there were three files that he sent, I only found the one .jar file (I may have lost them or something)

any help?
