Schmatic for Futaba T6XA transmitter?

A friend plugged a new battery into his transmitter with the polarity reversed which immediately let the transmitter emit a burst of smoke and that horrible smell associated with burnt electronics. Examination of the board shows that a three terminal surface mount device now has a pinhole cavity in it. This appears to be a three terminal regulator but has no markings on it to identify it and may be something else but it is between the positive bus and the trace bringing power to the RF section. If I could find a schematic I might be able to identify the component for sure. Can anyone supply the information please?
