What is a non calcified lung nodule?
I am young...26, non smoker
My grandfather died of lung cancer (don't know what kind)
I have been having a few random sudden fevers 4 in two months approx. every two weeks or so but only for a day. I am always tired for no reason.
Lung nodule... why not just remove them..
My question is if a doctor finds a lung nodule on the Ct scan how come all they want to do is monitor it? Why don't they just remove it and be done ... patient thru Ct scans every six months for two or more years to make sure it isn't cancerous? It doesn't make sense! Remove the nodule when ...
