Low coolant warning? M20
I've my car for a little over a week so I'm still new to all this. The guy I bought the car from said it went through about a pint of coolant every 500 miles or so. The other night I when I parked it I got the "coolant level" warning message, so I checked and it was a bit low but still in range. I added a bit to bring the level back up. Today, I parked it this afternoon and got the same warning message. Coolant level hasn't moved and is still fine. Any ideas as to what can be causing this? Temp was fine when I was driving around this afternoon. Thanks!
