Unionville Hobbies Beaver electric

I have just begun building a UHS 8' Beaver, and would like to use electric power. Has anyone had any experience with using electric for this or a similar model? The kit instructions suggest using a .90-1.20 4-cycle, so what size electric motor/prop combination would produce similar thrust? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
