Urge to urinate
I am 33 years old male, don't drink and smoke, could do a little more excersise (my work is by computer)...
I have this urological problems for a while now...
I have a constant urge to urinate, even when I only urinate little. When I do, the urge doesn't happen for 1 hour but then again... Some days are better than others, some days are even good...
In started to happen a year ago with simptoms simmilar to bladder infection, but the psychisian didn'd find any bacteria in urine. I've had 2 major crises this year, as I call them... It was bad, because I had a brown slime coming out of my penis, I had such pain when I urinated (at the beggining and end of it), I had constant urge, small fever etc. Unfortunately it allways happen on a friday night and during monday the slime (with some solid parts in it) was gone, so doctors were unable to test what it was. The second time happened just before New Year and there were bacteria at that time in my urine. It treated well with Bactrim.
But it still isn't good, it is not so bad, but I wake up at night because of the urge to urinate... This is my main problem in this "passive" state, I also have some kidney pain (sharp) from time to time, and sometimes it hurts on the tip of my penis, but that is it.
My doctor tells me it has to be Gohnorhea (I am sure I didn's spell it right), but my wife didn't have any other sexual intercourse than with me and I didn't also. We are together for 12 years and were innocent at the beggining, so it can not be this sexual disease.
I was send to UltraSound and they carefully inspected everything from bladder, kidneys, testicles... I have a small lump as a result of Testicular torsion, when I was 12 years old, but that's it. Ultra Sound shows nothing unordinary.
Doctor is starting to tell me I am imaginary and to tense, but I may be for the constant urge, but when I urined blood and brown slime, I am sure that was something real. In fact I am certain I have some problem.
What should I do next, I mean what are the possibilities that I may have? Cancer? Stones? Should I do the cistoscopy? I heard it is very painfull and that I may have a months of pain after it.
Well, according to my letter, I know there may be several reasons for this, but what may it be? Just a wild guess acording to my symptoms would be better than nothing.
I can have intercourse with no extra problems at this "passive" state with the urge, it isn't bacteria causing it, because my wife is OK. Sometimes I just think my bladder is onyl 1/4 of what it has been, because the urge is like I have it full, but then 1-2 dl comes out :-( I know it can be cancer and that statistics is just that - statistics, but it would be rare, not to show anything on Ultra Scan and at my age? Yes, Ultrascan showed that my bladder was normal capacity also.
I am wondering in the dark. Any thought would be appreciated, and I apologize for my English - I am not a native speaker.
