red dots on skin?
I have had these tiny red dots on my arms for about a year or so. They look like blood underneath the skin. They do not hurt, burn, itch and are not raised off of my skin. They are not in patches they are just skattered here and there. They kind of look like tiny freckles but they are red. When I put pressure on them they turn white or disappear. Some of them are the size of a red marker tip and some of them are the size of a needle point. If someone could please shed some light on what these are I would appreciate it. I am a very healthy person.

what can cause red dots on your skin? i have them on my arms,stomach,legs,chest and face. a couple of times i woke up and there would be dozens of them comming from my hand up to my elbow,but the next day they would be gone. what are they and should i be worried? thanks in advance for any help.

My son is 9 months old and has a patch on tiny red dots on his back...they seemed to stay the same for quite a few months and then all of the sudden more of them appeared...they are raised out of the skin but they do not bother him...does anyone know what this could be?
