How long does it take to recieved ALJ decision?
I am new to the board. I had my hearing before the ALJ on March 6, 2008. I was denied intial and reconsideration stages My attorney think we did well now we waiting for decision.
My question is how long does it take to recieved ALJ decision after the hearing?. It has been 3 weeks and heard nothing.
