Hard lumps inside nose, cancer??

Hi, I went to my nose doctor many times to get it treated. Its on the nose bridge inbetween the eye area. No pain No symptoms just hard lumps On the side and in the middle on the nose bridge. it feels like more than 1 lump or it could be 1 giant lump from inside. It gets swollen as the days goes by. The lump is hard like the nose bone. It hard and the weird part is no signs of allergy symptoms or pain even when pressed on. It is much higher than my nose so it is obvious. The doctor does not think it is inside of the nose but more like under the skin forming. He says it is similar to pimple which is within the skin. However he does not know what is the cause or what it is. It is a very strange thing. I had it since may 2006 he got me on lavequin, amoxillin. Which are antibiotics even as I was taking them it seems to go down and while still on it it comes up on the other side of the nose or has no effect or still keeps getting bigger the lump. So it really doesnt seems like bacteria. I have no symptoms of bacteria or sinus infection. Since taking antibiotic I should not be grow bigger lumps. Sometimes the antibiotic works or maybe it went down on its own. So I was on it for like 1 month. Go back every week. FInally he gave me predisone for a week. It went down and did not come up. BUT 2 months later I am developing the hard lump in my nose. Its not like a pimple where you can see it on the surface. You would have to feel it otherwise it looks like a swollen nose. So the size of the swollen lump is like the side where the nostrils are. It is wide like I said it comes out on bothside and in the center. It looks like I have 2 nose one top and bottom. I did ask to get xray before but the doctor says it might not be any good since xrays sees inside the structure and he thinks this is within the skin. So I am going to go back to the doctor maybe get a nose scan anyways since it comes back like so many times on and off for about 5 times this year since may. It showed up again today. Maybe stress? Lack of sleep? Soemthing I ate? If it gets worst tomorrow I will go to doctor as soon as the office is open since it is the holiday season. It bothers me cause it has no symptoms and I am beginning to wonder if this could be cancer of the nose maybe it is skin cancer within the nose.
I was wondering if anyone had this type of nose problem? I already ruled out it being a pimple or having anything with squeezing blackheads on my nose since I haven't touched my nose in the longest time. Also the lumps are not red no color so feeling just hard big lump as it gets bigger the nose swells up more. Just wanted to know other people experiences and advice or anything. I can't seems to find anything online about it either. It is just very weird. Maybe cancer or something new. No one seems to know......... If I get news on it I will update.
