97 BMW 540i (Check Engine)
First let me say that I replaced the spart plugs with Plattium 4 plugs, 2 new aftermarket Cats, 2 new pre-cat O2 sensors, new Cam Position Sensor and new Throttle Position Sensor.
The car is also hesitating only at start up. It will start up when the car is cold, but hesitation last longer when the car is already hot. The longer I drive and turn the car off the longer it takes to restart. If I let it cold down it starts up faster but still has hesitation at start up. :deadhorse:
I am now getting engine codes; 06,76,OA,12,OC,14,Od,05 which are:
After-Cat O2 sensor heater 5-8
After-Cat O2 sensor heater 1-4
Pre-cat O2 sensor 1-4
Pre-cat O2 sensor 5-8
I started getting these codes after I replaced the 2 pre-cat o2 sensors last week:eyecrazy.
Before I was getting:
Catalyst efficiency 1-4
Catalyst efficiency 5-8
Misfire, catalyst damaging 1-8
Misfire random.
I am so confused now.
