chronic swollen lymph nodes - benign?
I've suffered from constant tonsil/gland infections as a child, leading to a tonsillectomy as late as 17 yrs old. I've also tested positive to exposure to EBV, but from what I understand, this isn't a rare thing. Would there be a connection?
Are there instances where long-term swollen lymph nodes can be left as incolnclusive/asymptomatic of anything deadly?
What else can cause chronic swollen lymph nodes besides cancer?
That is the answer I would love to hear. Is there a condition that can cause swollen lymph nodes over the course of a few years that is NOT cancer? I am a physically fit 17 year old male, and I don't have HIV or AIDS.
